right, the 'philosophical' post.i've come to the conclusion that the people of my generation (myself included, although to a lesser extent) are generally a selfish bunch. alot of the things we do are for ourselves, and even sometimes when we do stuff for other people we think if we ourselves would benefit from the action. of course not everyone from the generation is like that, but just about 95% are, in my opinion.selfish-ness. it is what, i believe, is the main cause for all the problems around me, and the people around me. heard of the 'Me Generation'? that was a nickname given to the 80's. what i'm trying to say is, apparently our thinking is outdated by 20 years. and we're an unrepentant bunch at that too.a few are naturally alright; they do not have this problem. another few had the problem, but have changed for the better. the majority though, are still living in their own little worlds, with hardly a thought for anyone else. even when they do think about other people, it is with thoughts of 'does this benefit me?' it's depressing, isn't it. but it's the truth, the sad truth. the best i can do is to change myself, i suppose.u know, i wonder what the world will be like when the people of my generation become the leaders of the world. scary thought.well, i'll just get on with life. but i hope that this post has at least got u guys thinking. that's what i set out to do, anyway. in case ur wondering, no, this post isn't meant to attack anyone or whatever. just wanted to have a thought-provoking issue. don't want me blog to be purely about me, myself and i. hahacheers, mates. and a 2nd happy birthday to Wong Yong Ping. lolololAnonyman!
